West End Film Club returns to the luxurious surroundings of Century on Monday 19 August for a screening of THE LOOK OF LOVE, starring Steve Coogan as Paul Raymond.

After starting his show business career as a mind-reader in a cabaret act, Paul Raymond went on to become Britain's richest man and a modern King Midas. With an entrepreneurial eye and a realisation that sex sells, he began building his empire of gentleman's clubs, porn magazines and nude theatre - provoking outrage and titillation in equal measure.

Raymond's personal life was as colourful as his revue shows. His marriage to Jean, a nude dancer and choreographer, ended in a difficult divorce when he met Fiona - a glamour model who became the famous pin-up star of his magazines and shows. His daughter Debbie was the true love of his life, his business partner and heir to his empire - until her tragic and untimely death aged 36. Three weeks later Raymond was named Britain's richest man and his fortune put at 1.5billion.

For one night only, Century will be converted into a stylish cinema! With it's own bar, serving food and drinks, you can enjoy a great film with friends on comfy sofas at what we promise will probably be the most fabulous pop-up cinema you've ever seen!

Century has just completed a major refurbishment, complete with a brand new screening room! It even has direct access to a private rooftop bar, so guests can enjoy drinks before or after the film with stunning views across London! And the location for our screening of THE LOOK OF LOVE couldn't be more apt, as it's right in the heart Soho - Paul Raymond's empire in the 60s and 70s! In fact, the giant signs for the Raymond Revuebar can still be seen on Brewer Street, just around the corner from Century!

Although Century has had a massive makeover, we still have the trademark comfy sofas, the private bar inside the screening room, and the great food and drink served to your seat!

Your ticket gives you VIP entry to Century Members Club for the whole evening, so why not arrive early and enjoy a few drinks in one of the bars before the film?!

West End Film Club launched in 2011, and has created popup cinemas in a range of locations across the capital. Recent screenings include Life of Pi, Les Miserables, Skyfall, Argo, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Stand By Me and The Breakfast Club.
