Unlike most networking events, we offer a structured progression of activities and exercises throughout the evening. We find that this supports more meaningful connection with one another. We advise arriving 10 minutes early to have some tea and chat with other attendees so that we can start on time.

His vision is to support conscious communities to integrate compassionate and transparent communication into the foundation of their work.


ben is the owner of coaching consultancy ‘core sme’. He helps business leaders with a conscious mission to build core-focused small to medium sized enterprises. ben has been practicing meditation, yoga and self-inquiry for 8 years, and has over 15 years experience working in the business world. He is committed to a total economic return of ‘people, profits & planet’ and to learning about and living, a more poetic life.
