Leigh Colemon Trio

Leigh is a sensational young soul/groove singer-songwriter signed to record label Mama Stone. Championed by Joss Stone, whom he has supported on tour and who also co-wrote original tracks for his EP “It Is What It Is”, he has also worked opposite the likes of Solomon Burke, Sandy Shaw and Beverley Knight on a rapidly growing cv. His EP, recorded in Miami, was produced by legendary soul singer Betty Wright (who also co-wrote some of the songs) and Grammy Award-winning musician Jonathan Joseph who will also be appearing with Leigh this evening. Jonathan, originally from Miami but now based in the UK, is very much a star in his own right, having worked with Alexander O'Neal, Al Jarreau, Mike Stern, Bill Evans, David Sanborn, Pat Metheny, Randy Brecker and Ricky Martin during an impressive career.
