CoolTan Arts Largactyl Shuffle - Performance Walk

Roll up, Roll up Ladies & Gentlemen!! For your delight we have a perambulation of performance, parks, & promenading for this August’s Largactyl Shuffle walk. This will feature a trip around theatres, music halls & entertainment venues of historical Camberwell, and explore the heritage park band-stands & their place in popular culture…and culminating with a finale of Camberwell Fayre.

Join CoolTan Arts Largactyl Shuffle for a Performance walk on Saturday, 17 August for a guided, stigma-busting cultural walk, designed to encourage mental and physical well-being through art, exercise, humour and history.

For August’s Largactyl Shuffle we will walk from Maudsley Hospital to Camberwell Green, where we will join a Community Picnic organised by CoolTan Arts.

We asked the walkers meet at the beginning of the walk at 11.45am to register. The walk is free but voluntary donations will be appreciated. Please wear comfortable shoes and bring a bottle of water. Walks are family friendly and inclusive and are suitable for people of all abilities including wheelchair users. You can join us for half an hour, half a mile or the full distance of 4.8 miles.

The walk leaders wear orange high-viz vests and rucksacks. Call CoolTan Arts on 07985 658443 if you cannot find the group of walkers on the day.
