Spend a full day becoming a fish expert. As much as people love fish, many of us lack the confidence to deal with both the preparation required and the best techniques for cooking it.
Description:
Using a variety of seafood; from round fish to flat fish, squid to mussels to prawns, we will practice core knife and handling skills and explore a range of cooking methods whilst paying particular attention to the pairing of flavours. The result - a colourful and flavourful seafood feast to end the day!
