We all had such a great time last month hanging out, drinking beer in the sun and listening to the wonderful sounds of Eva Abrahams, The Hills Have Riffs and The Bonfire Band that we thought we’d take it outside again, before it’s too late!
Wanna come down and join the Frenzship, here’s how, just rock up!
WILD COMBINATION
“Lovely Spidery dream-pop” Q Magazine, “Infectious, incredible energy…..this is my favourite new band” Chris Hawkins, 6 Music. Wild Combination are a trio comprising of Daniel Williams (guitar), Christian Wright (keys and vocal) and Terry Clark (drums and vocals). They have supported Alt-J, Magistrates and Wave Machines and their jumpy electronic stylings have been likened to Phoenix, Foals and Postal Service. We’ll be down the front having a dance, see you there!
THE HALLELUJAH TRAILS
With a new self-titled album out last month, we’re really excited to welcome The Hallelujah Trails, a London based duet playing eclectic, harmony-driven Americana/Alt. Bluegrass to ease and shake the soul! Rising from the ashes of various favourites including, ‘Norton Money’ and ‘The Help and the Rejections. This duet will ensure you hear truly exquisite authentic harmonies from these San Francisco and English cats. Fast proving themselves a class act, smashing the barn door open and painting them red on the way. Hold tight!
THOM BYLES
Thom Byles is an English-Mexican singer-songwriter based in Greenwich, London. He plays acoustic guitar in an unusual manner combining percussive and melodic phrases overlaid by warm, heartfelt vocals. He released his debut EP ‘Step into the Weather’ last year and a single ‘The Big Freeze’ in March 2013. His influences include Fink, Patrick Watson, Bright Eyes, Jack Johnson, John Mayer and Beirut. Beautiful stuff.
