Young artists invited to create giant Lowry landscape with FineArt4Kids

Budding young artists are invited to create their own giant Lowry landscape at an Islington art exhibition this month.

It’s just part of the creative fun on offer as local artist Emmylou Yeomans, Founder and Director of FineArt4Kids, brings together a huge range of creative talent under one roof at Curious Duke Gallery on Whitecross Street.

Seven teachers from FineArt4Kids, which offers tuition at venues across London and Hertfordshire, are displaying their work, all of which is for sale and includes originals, prints, paintings, canvases, cards and jewellery. Prices range from £10 to £1000. There will also be a wall dedicated to portraits by 250 of Emmylou’s young students.

FineArt4Kids was launched in 2006 to inspire young children on a journey of artistic exploration. With 24 classes on offer across London and Hertfordshire, to date around 3500 children have enjoyed classes with FineArt4Kids.

Founder, Director and Art Tutor Emmylou Yeomans studied at Middlesex University and graduated with Bachelor of Arts degree. She specialises in oil landscapes painting on square format. Her work shows elements of realism and surrealism which she has a great passion for.
