First ever lactose-free cookery course with Lactofree at L'atelier des Chefs

Lactofree®, the UK’s only lactose free dairy range, has launched a series of lactose-free cooking classes in partnership with cookery school L’atelier Des Chefs which runs from 6th September to the 9th November. The courses are set to give those who are lactose intolerant, or those cooking for friends and family who are avoiding lactose, some inspiration to make delicious food, just without the lactose.

The classes feature Lactofree’s range of lactose-free dairy products and cover several themes, including French cuisine, pastry, curries and baking. Skilled L’atelier des Chefs chefs will be on hand throughout each course offering tips and advice as well as hands on guidance on how to create the dishes at home.
