Free Nordic Walking Taster

Try a great form of exercise for free and leave happy! Nordic walking feels fab and works your legs, bum, core, back, arms and shoulders. Burn fat without putting pressure on your back and joints. Work harder than you think, while still being able to chat and take in the sights of this fascinating part of London. Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. Walking poles and instruction provided.

This event will last 45 minutes. Expect to get a little warm, and to finish with a healthy glow! Please wear trainers or walking shoes/boots, and carry your belongings in a rucksack-type bag.
