The mill doesn’t turn and the land is barren. Jean-Pierre the miller and his wife Claudine are so hungry, they eat their bootlaces. In desperation, Jean-Pierre appeals to The Wind and The Rain for help with fantastical results. Hearing of the miller’s good fortune, the greedy Baron demands all of his money in taxes. Jean-Pierre and Claudine then hatch a plan to get their own back on their dastardly landlord...
