A selection of thought-provoking, inspiring and entertaining talks on the world of science.

Science will take centre stage this September when the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea joins the Natural History Museum, Imperial College, the Royal College of Art and other major institutions in a
Celebration of Science.

What’s the connection between Kensington and Chelsea and science?

This part of west London has one of the greatest concentrations of scientific research and scholarship anywhere in the world. Imperial College, the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum along with the
clinical medical research at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, the Brompton Hospital and the Royal Marsden Hospital, and the specialist science institutions such as the 1851 Commission, British Science Association and the Chelsea Physic Garden combine to make a hugely
important scientific community.

who can go?

Throughout the week there will be a selection of free debates and discussions aimed at all age groups
