We are delighted to welcome back swami saradananda to evolve again.

This workshop introduces you to the powerful revitalizing and regenerating effects that breathing exercises can have on your body and mind. By working with your physical breath, and learning to control it, you can gain control of the more subtle energies within your bodies.

swami saradananda is an internationally-renowned yoga and meditation teacher who inspires you to want to practise. She worked with the sivananda yoga centres for thirty years as senior teacher and spiritual head of the facilities in new york, london and delhi. After returning from an extended period of personal practice in the himalayas, she is now based in london and travels extensively. She has authored a number of books, including “yoga mind and body“, “relax and unwind with yoga“, “chakra meditation“, “the power of breath” and “the essential guide to chakras“.



This event open to everyone. Bring pen and paper for taking notes. Wear loose comfortable clothes for the meditation practice, no jeans please.
