John Cleese Comedy Roast

He’s brought us some of the greatest comedy sketches. The most perfectly timed one-liners. He’s influenced a generation of comedians. And now to celebrate his 50 years in showbiz, John Cleese is holding a comedy roast in aid of the NSPCC.

John Cleese has invited his closest friends, all familiar faces from Monty Python, Fawlty Towers and A Fish Called Wanda, who will each have five minutes to ‘roast him’ in true comedy style. John will then have twenty minutes to return the roast and share some of his favourite moments from his exciting and memorable 50 years in showbiz. This is an afternoon not to be missed.

The afternoon is being held at Mosimann’s, an exclusive private dining club in London's Belgrave Square. Guests will be treated to a champagne reception and roast lunch with wine.
