Sunday 3rd November 10.45am meet up (at the Royal Festival Hall) for a prompt 11am start. Finish at 1pm (at The Shard).

If you love running and passionate about seeing and experiencing London’s urban environment, then come and join FIT CITY's Run Tour of the changing cityscape between the Royal Festival Hall and The Shard with personal trainer and urbanist Ade Aboaba and Chartered Planner Michael Owens.

Starting in Waterloo and ending in London Bridge the 10 kilometer (6 mile) run tour will explore how the south of the city is changing and adapting to new socio economic demands. It will culminate with the View from the Shard (an optional extra).

The run will be at an easy-going pace. It will give you a good cardiovascular and interval based workout. There will be regular pauses along the route to rest, stretch, exercise and to talk about what we’ve seen or about to see.
If you’re comfortable running 10-minute miles then please come and join us! The tour, with a warm up, cool down and regular pauses, will last 2 hours.
The exact start and end venues will be emailed to you on booking, and Waterloo Station and London Bridge provide good transport connections.
