Challenging Comedy at Underwire Festival

LOCO has a simple mission: to kickstart the next generation of UK-based comedy filmmakers. As part of their year round training programme, LOCO has partnered with Underwire to provide a packed afternoon of discussions, workshops and networking for emerging comedy writer/performers, directors and producers.

Supported by Creative Skillset, guest speakers include costumer designer Claire Finlay (NIGHTIE NIGHT, GAVIN & STACEY, HIM & HER), artist Bryony Kimmings (SUPERSTAR ROLE MODEL, SEX IDIOT, 7 DAY DRUNK), filmmaker Becky Brand (SUPERSTAR ROLE MODEL, THE CAMPAIGNER) and director Jacqueline Wright (STIFFY, LIFESPAM), plus a peer-to-peer workshop to help develop your comedy short film and a panel discussion.
