NOBODY PUTS BRAZIL IN THE CORNER

In the build-up to the World Cup and Olympics the plight of thousands of children across Brazil is often ignored.

LONDON – Action for Brazil’s Children Trust (ABC Trust) is hosting a Danceathon to raise money for street children and vulnerable young people across Brazil.

Participants can take part for free by raising a minimum of £100 in sponsorship for dancing five hours straight or buy tickets for £35 and take part in whichever classes and dances they like.

ABC Trust will provide a different lesson in a different style of Brazilian Dance each hour to help keep people on their toes . . . and the balls, heels and arches of their feet!

Everyone is welcome to take part from beginners to advanced . . . Come with a gang of friends or by yourself and meet some new people to Forro, Samba, Zouk, Frevo, Funk or just plain boogie with! . . . Dancing is easy as ABC! (Trust)

ABC Trust supports a variety of projects in Sao Paulo, Rio, Salvador, Fortaleza, Recife. Each project uses sports, arts and culture to help build self-esteem and confidence so that the children can take part in school, learn new skills, re-integrate with families and communities and transform their lives
