Rising young Italian soprano Rosa Feola came to international attention after taking Second Prize, the Audience Prize and the Zarzuela Prize at Plácido Domingo’s renowned Operalia competition in 2010. In her previous UK appearance in 2012, Feola was praised for her ‘exquisite’ (The Guardian) performance in La Clemenza di Tito at the Barbican. A soprano ‘with a sweet and youthful sound and exquisite purity of phrasing’ (The Classical Review), Rosenblatt Recitals welcome Rosa to the prestigious Wigmore Hall for her UK recital debut.
