Angel’s Month of Awesome

Ben & Janet at Angel present the ’4 Week Technique Intensive Course’, which they also like to call ‘The Month of Awesome’.

Good technique drives all our movements, the subtleties of lead and follow, and even allow us to have more freedom and expression in our dancing.

We’ll cover a variety of technical situations over the four weeks and break it down into easily digestible chunks with exercises and fun!

You can expect to learn: The ultimate swingout tips, spinning like a pro (or spinning the pro!), finding great stretch and connection, and how to adjust your frame to make dynamic movement! PHEW!
