Conductor: Dmitri Jurowski.
Soloist: Alexander Ghindin, piano.

One of Russia’s foremost ensembles, the orchestra is based in Moscow at the International House of Music where it performs over 80 concerts a year – working with such leading artists as Roberto Alagna, Jose Carreras and Maxim Vengerov. Dmitri Jurowski, who is also Principal Conductor at the Royal Flemish Opera House in Antwerp, is the youngest member of the legendary Russian musical dynasty. He will conduct an all-Russian programme of works by Prokofiev and Rachmaninov, which includes a rare chance to hear the dazzling Russian virtuoso Alexander Ghindin.
