ISHTA DIKSHA – HAM SA KRIYA
For these 4 consecutive sessions, Emily will teach the powerful ISHTA DIKSHA meditation, the foundation stone of the ISHTA lineage. Discover how to extract yourself from the flurry of life around you. Learn how to focus your thoughts and bring clarity to your mind.

Sessions will consist of slow yoga asana (movement) to open the body and prepare it for sitting. Kriya pranayama (breathing) will be used to create steadiness and calm. Meditation brings you inner wisdom. It helps people to “let go” of physical or emotional baggage. There will be relaxation and a thorough re-grounding to bring you back fresh, alert and prepared for your day. This is a wonderful and essential addition to anyone’s week. Once you begin meditation- you will be amazed how it carries you through your day.

emily is deeply committed to health, well being and achieving a greater living experience through yoga, ayurveda and meditation. Her classes encourage students to feel from within- sensing the subtleties of the practice and the unconscious habits of the body/mind complex.
