Award-winning experimental orchestra Tonic Fold return to St Paul’s Covent Garden for their first show of the year, celebrating the upcoming release of their album ‘The Violent Language of Portraits’
The brainchild of acclaimed composer Shane Cullinan, Tonic Fold is an intricate combination of a 20 piece orchestra, drums, bass, guitar and piano, featuring guest vocals from soloists from across the world of rock, pop and classical music.
Tonic Fold straddle both the classical and contemporary world with dexterity, creating songs that are simultaneously cinematic and raw.
'...defies categories as it touches hearts... Cullinan's projects all are baffling, genre-defying, mutant works' - The Times

I saw Tonic Fold last year at the same venue - what a great evening. So hard to describe the passion and strength of the music and singers.
It's one of the magical evenings you stumble across in London.... highly recommended
