This course is aimed at people wishing to find out more. Running over eight weeks or three separate days, the course offers a chance to find out how meditation can be practised anywhere by anyone of any age, background or level of experience. It brings together over 2,000 years of Buddhist wisdom and experience in a way that is authentic, accessible and yet completely relevant to modern life. Led by experienced meditators, it offers a complete introduction to meditation and shows how it can unlock our natural confidence, compassion and creativity. It aims to provide a genuine experience of meditation and provide all the tools necessary to take its benefits into every aspect of everyday life.

Scientific research increasingly recognises the importance and benefits of meditation to a healthy body and mind. Following the excess of the festive season, what better way to start 2014 than by making a new year’s resolution to learn to meditate? From a starter course to one aimed at those wishing to find out more, the Rigpa Tibetan Buddhist Meditation Centre, situated five minutes from Kings Cross.
