Classical Buteyko Breathing Course With Christopher Drake + Martha Roe

On this course will learn to:

-master your breathing
-how to manage your health
-retrain your breathing to reverse chronic conditions including: anxiety, angina, asthma, allergies, hay fever, add, ibs, insomnia, migraine, panic attacks, skin conditions, sugar imbalances, obesity even depression, fatigue, copd, emphysema, and epilepsy
-overcome acute symptoms
-improve your level of energy, mood and perform better

day 1: Basic lifestyle guidelines and shallow breathing exercise.
days 2-4: Begin to build the practice as prescribed.
day 5: Manage your symptoms using the practice and able to grow your pauses.

3 weeks follow up: You will be assigned a facilitator who oversees your daily scores, helps you to manage your symptoms and gives further 1:1 coaching as and when it is required.

End of month: Discuss benefits and problems and receive advice on how to further your progress and integrate the practice into your every day life.

about the facilitators:

christopher drake, the first “westem” practitioner to receive diploma accreditation from professor buteyko, whilst under the supervision of his teacher alexander stalmatsky, co-founded the first authorized buteyko clinic in the “west’ in sydney, australia, in 1991, and participated in the first published medical trials. He introduced the method to the uk in 1996, where his results attracted major publicity. He specializes in the most complex and severe cases, and has taught over 20,000 students in australia, the uk, us, europe and asia.

martha roe started buteyko in 2007 to treat her chronic fatigue. She did so well mastering the method and reversing her health problems that she was invited by her teacher, christopher drake, to train as a practitioner. Martha has been the driving force in establishing the classical buteyko method in the uk and ireland where she regularly holds workshops. She has developed a solid practice built on excellent results and has assisted in the treatment of numerous severe health conditions.
