Transmission Meditation workshop

Transmission Meditation is a simple, group meditation providing both a dynamic service to the world, and powerful, personal spiritual development.

The meditation is for the purpose of stepping down (transforming) spiritual energies, which creates a vortex or pool of higher energy for the benefit of humanity.

Introduced to the world in 1974 by Benjamin Creme, there are now hundreds of Transmission Meditation groups active around the world.

This free introductory workshop will explain the aims and techniques and participants will be able to take part in a group meditation.
