El Libero at The Water Rats

The El Libero band is the creation of London-based Dubliner, Eoghan Gallagher. They craft music that melds vibrant alternative folk with pop sensibilities and a pinch of Irish blue-eyed soul.

Having already performed at venues like The Royal Albert Hall Elgar Room, The Royal Opera House Clore Room and Dublin's National Concert Hall Field Room, El Libero is an innovative band well on their way to bringing their music to a global audience. The multi-vocalist line-up rotates and has featured some world class musicians including Montreux prizewinner David Satyan, Sean Davis (Lost & Found Orchestra) and Ian Cape (LSO, Lemar). The band have teamed up with producer/engineer Kenny Jones (The Smiths, Billy Bragg, Simple Kid) and will launch their debut single Come a Little Closer on January 27 2014.
