Poleroid Theatre returns for a second year to the Hackney Attic for WRITE IT : MIC IT (An Open Write Night)!

Dedicated to lovers of the young, quirky, new writing theatre scene in London.
Poleroid invite actors and writers to step up to the mic, try out new material or read an absolute literary gem you’ve put on paper but never dared to show to the public… Monologues, duologues, poetry, prose (and even the odd song) - perform them yourself, palm one off on an actory-type or just sit back and take
in all the wonderful creativity in the comfort of the Attic!

Poleroid Theatre is working to discover and craft the contemporary image of young emerging artists in the UK and give this talent a platform through the creation of eclectic, fast-paced, immediate theatre. Poleroid are supported by Ideastap and the Camden Collective. Over the last 18 months they have produced theatre and events all over London with creatives from the Royal Court Young Writers Programme, Old Vic New Voices, Live Theatre Newcastle, BBC 3 & Channel 4 and more.
