Rushed? Over-worked? Stressed?

Looking for time and space to unwind, contemplate and find some peace? Join us on the road Back to Simplicity.

The course will be held in an environment where you can relax and let go of everyday stress. You will focus on the important things in your life and start to strip away distractions. You will practice mindfulness and start to meditate. You can find spaciousness in your life to help cope with daily challenges and come to know the root causes of happiness.

So what is meditation? Meditation is bringing the mind home and reconnecting with who we truly are. In these modern times we often lose ourselves in our thoughts and emotions, and forget our true nature. Bringing mindfulness and awareness to our present experience is a proven way to find peace and happiness. Back to Simplicity will introduce the essential elements of meditation including the physical posture, as well as what to do with the mind.

We will cover the traditional method for calming the mind, how to find stillness as well as how to access panoramic awareness. We will explore how these simple yet powerful techniques can be integrated with our daily lives through love and compassion, to be of benefit to ourselves, to those around us and our environment.

“We are what we think All that we are arises in our thoughts With our thoughts we make the world.” - the Buddha

This course is open to all and you are welcome to come to the whole course or to just drop in on single sessions.
