Climpson's Arch is excited to be teaming up with Flavours of Spain to present two Calçotada Supper Clubs. The five course meal will utilize the Arch’s BBQ style cooking to showcase Flavours of Spain's produce, celebrating the end of winter as part of Calçotada.
Joining in on the night will be Flavours of Spain founders Ana Gomez and Teresa Holmes to talk about each dish and any specialist ingredients. Also available from the bar will be some new, carefully sourced wines that have been paired with the menu, as well as a selection of award-winning cheeses and charcuterie available from Flavours of Spain for take home purchase.
