Monday 17th March: ‘Taste of the Irish’
“Ireland Ireland, together standing tall” – this St. Patrick’s Day discover a new Irish whisky to savour and try a selection of Ireland’s finest, from the creamy Tyrconnell (Cooley), the highly under-rated Teeling (Dublin) to the rare and sought-after Midleton (East Cork).

Thursday 24th April: Scotland v Japan
The (relatively) newbies take on the undisputed champion of the whisky world. Taste some of the best whiskies each country has to offer. From Scotland, offerings include Auchentoshan and Ardbeg Corryvreckan whilst representing Japan, try Hibiki, Nikka and Hakushu – you be the judge.

Thursday 22nd May: “What’s in a barrel?”
For years whisky has been matured in oak barrels previously used for bourbon, in this masterclass you’ll taste the results of barrel experimentation used previously for sherry, port and dessert wine; whiskies include Edradour (Scotland) and Double Wood (New Zealand).

Thursday 19th June: “Can cheese really complement whisky?”
Commonly we pair wine with cheese but in this masterclass you’ll find that, if you choose the right variety, from the right country, it’ll match perfectly. Enjoy tipples from the British Isles and further afield such as Australia, India and the USA, paired with creamy cheeses from the UK, France, Italy and Spain.
