New York - Irish craic for St Patrick's Day

New York - Italian restaurant and bar Goat will be going New York - Irish to celebrate St Patrick’s Day from Friday 14 – Sunday 23 March

The restaurant will be serving a Seafood platter starter with soda bread featuring smoked salmon, baked oyster and Dublin bay prawns, Steak and Guinness pie with suet pastry and a choice of either Colcannon or mixed vegetables and Pizza topped with Cashel blue cheese, potato and kale pesto. For those with a sweet tooth, they will be serving Irish coffee cake with Tullamore Dew whiskey and bread ice cream.

The bar will be serving Menthol Molly’s, the signature St Patrick’s Day cocktail - pull a lucky four leafed clover out of the hat you’ll get your cocktail for free.

On Thursday the 20th – Goat’s bi-weekly Fat Sam's Grand Slam will also be having an Irish makeover – think Gangs of New York Five Points slum saloon and less Great Gatsby speakeasy– So swap your feathers for a flat cap and don’t forget your dancing shoes for the Irish jig band.
