Baileys Teams Up with the Patissier Goddess – Poppy Smadja – this Mother’s Day

This Mother’s Day, Baileys is putting on two exclusive patisserie masterclasses to create the ultimate decadent desserts infused with Baileys Original Irish Cream - the perfect way to spend some quality time with Mum.

Baileys is inviting the public and their mums to don aprons, have whisks at the ready and get creative in the kitchen with one of London’s finest pâtissiers, Poppy Smadja. Acclaimed YBF (Young British Foodie) Poppy, the culinary brains behind Poppy & Sebastian (based in the up and coming Maltby Street market), has teamed up with Baileys to offer this one-off baking experience. Free tickets are being offered by Baileys and are available through Poppy’s website.

Poppy has created three gorgeous Mother’s Day desserts each containing the liqueur. The exclusive masterclass will teach participants and their mums how to make two out of three of the delectable treats.

The Mother’s Day dessert collection includes the ‘Baileys and Peanut Butter Choux Bun’, and Poppy promises to turn amateur foodies in to pastry pros in no time, as she dishes out practical tips to help carve out these ultimate Baileys desserts – perfect to make as well as share with mum this Mother’s Day.

For those unable to make the masterclass, each of the desserts will be available to order in time for Mother’s Day from Poppy’s website.
