This is London's first dinner party concierge so it's a fun and unique opportunity to gain insight from a real expert in the field!

As part of the dedicated one-on-one service, Fred will be able to advise on everything from menu design, food and wine pairings, presenting a beautiful dish or a show-stopping table, to entertaining guests, catering for fussy diners and creating the ideal atmosphere.

Fred currently co-hosts Michel Roux’s Service on BBC2. He has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant/food industry and is one of the UK's foremost experts on hospitality and service . Starting his career as a Chef de Rang at the 3 starred Michelin restaurant La Tante Claire, Fred then went on to develop his career in various roles in many of London's top restaurants including Le Gavroche, Sartoria, Brasserie Roux.
