Rise and Yoga at Allianz Park

The first mass yoga class to be held on a rugby pitch will take place at Allianz Park, home of the Saracens, on 29th April. The event is being organised in association with YogaBalance, a studio for MindBody Movement sports and holistic wellbeing.

Rise & Yoga, which will take place from 7 – 8am, is expected to be attended by 200 yoga fans. The aim is to encourage more people to understand the health and wellbeing benefits of yoga, to inspire beginners and to provide a fun event for yoga enthusiasts.
