The Liquor Store is taking over the new venue opened by Byron Knight (of Duke's Brew & Que and Off Broadway fame), which occupies revamped former warehouse party hotspot, Stamford Works in Dalston.
For 7 weeks, a series of pop-ups, ranging from Japanese to Mexican will take over the kitchen to serve up their 'southern' inspirations every weekend while The Liquor Store sorts out the drinks.
Chefs taking over include Andy Bates of Eat My Pies (and the Food Network) and Tim Anderson of Nanban (and 2011 MasterChef winner).
Open 5pm-midnight unless otherwise specified (e.g. for brunch events)
