Performance poetry: comedy’s boring cousin, right? Stand up: poetry’s idiot relation, yes? Let’s find out!

Well, season two at The Comedy Cafe is going splendidly. The score currently stands at Comedy 3 Vs Poetry 2 and Thursday 8th April sees our Grand Finale! Will comedy sweep a final victory? Or will poetry battle back bravely - setting us at a tie and finishing with a final, epic, Captain's battle?

So, 8pm. May 8th. Comedy Cafe, London. Six phenomenal acts from the worlds of comedy and poetry go face-to-face for your approval in three killer rounds of Stand Up Comedy Vs Performance Poetry with unpredictable and hilarious results.

The winners? Whoever the audience decide are really, truly the best art form of the night! And therefore...of the season!
