Ecstatic Dance is a powerful, eyes closed body experience. We use: MOVEMENT, BREATH, MUSIC and MEDITATION to energise our body, release tension and stuck energy and to have a deep let-go experience.
Although we dance in a group, the invitation is to allow yourself to move how you feel. It is your own creative process. There is no right or wrong way to dance. Just come with an open heart and surrender to the music. You will have a truly beautiful experience!
Also... The method is for all, 18+ advised. Wear comfy clothes. We dance with no shoes on. Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
