Ryan Speilman - This spiri-folk-rock, singer/songwriter explores life’s big questions and pokes fun at our human foibles. Ryan’s music has hints of eastern spirituality, psychology, philosophy, satire and straight up comedy. His songs will make you think and make you laugh. After 20 years as a successful yoga teacher and a failed guru (not a single disciple to speak of) Ryan Spielman recorded his debut album, Lonely Guru, the result of a wonderful and unexpected mid-life pivot with humorous, quirky and ultimately uplifting perspectives on life. His live performances engage the audience with rock, blues, folk, audience participation, philosophy and humour.

Liz Frances Hobbs is a comedy writer and performer whose comedy writing credits include Radio 4’s News Quiz, The Now Show and Shappi Talk. In 2011 she performed her first Edinburgh show and was hailed as a comic to watch by 4Talent. She gets at least 10% of her ideas on the yoga mat, so if you’ve practised next to her lately, be warned.
