For one night only, to celebrate the music of Gavin Clark and 20 years since his first short movie, Shane Meadows introduces a personally chosen selection of his early shorts. This will be followed by a one-off exclusive screening of his legendary 2009 as yet unseen documentary The Living Room about his long term friend and music collaborator Gavin Clark whose music inspired Shane's films.

To end this very special evening Gavin Clark will play a one-off live set featuring songs from his soon to be released double vinyl collection Beautiful Skeletons featuring songs spanning 20 years with Sunhouse, Clayhill and Unkle, plus songs from Shane's Somers Town, Gavin will be accompanied on stage by Nick Hemming and Helen Whitaker from The Leisure Society, and Emma Fox.

“Gavin Clark is the reason I gave up on my band and on any hopes of a career in music when I was 17 years of age. I heard him play one day in a friend’s kitchen in Uttoxeter and the second he sang I quit. The songs maybe spread out over 20 years, but they are bound together by their simplicity, their honesty and most of all his voice. It’s peerless and so is Gavin.'' - Shane Meadows

This is a one-off night...you'd be a fool to miss it!
