Have you got what it takes to do a three hour spin for charity? Do something good to support people with sight loss and get your body beach-ready for the summer.

Come and join fellow cyclers for an afternoon spinathon on 21 June at Boom cycle studios in Old Street.

Tickets are only £25 + booking fee with the proceeds going towards blind and partially sighted people in the London area.

It's not compulsory but if you want to raise sponsorship on top of the entry fee that would be amazing, you can set up a just giving page.

Towels will be provided and water can be purchased for a donation.

All entries must be 18 or over.
