FREE EVENING EVENT: Where does the food that supplies the city come from and how is it handled? How does London feed itself and how reliant is it on the importation and the rest of the country?Food writer and Fox & Squirrel guide, Lindsay Faller, curates an evening with three innovative thinkers in the food industry.

V&A Connects features workshops, debates, discussions and demonstrations that cover every area of design, architecture and fashion. Each event is devised in collaboration with an industry partner, and brings together a range of innovative practitioners, writers, business people, and thinkers.

Speakers include:
Fabio Diu - discussing how street food is changing and manipulating our urban spaces.
Tristram Stuart, author of Waste, will contextualise London with his work analysing the global food waste scandal.
Kate Hofman and Tom Webster, founders of aquaponic start-up GrowUp Urban Farms, will address sustainable food production in the city and the future of urban farming.
