Tall Ships Festival

Royal Greenwich will be the final port for the prestigious Falmouth to Royal Greenwich Tall Ships Regatta in September 2014. It will be London's largest Tall Ship event in 25 years: the first major Tall Ships event since London hosted the Tall Ships Race in 1989.

Around 50 ships will gather in Royal Greenwich for five days of festivities between 5 to 9 September 2014.

Festival highlights include:

Puppetry parade: Peixos by Sarruga
Ingenious street puppetry including a parade of spectacular giant illuminated fish.

Crew parade
Over 1,000 people including tall ship crews, marching bands, local groups and an array of floats will create a colourful spectacle as they parade through Greenwich town centre.

Music Festival
Exciting performances on bandstands and popping up across the festival sites.
