Concert

Central Westminster Hall will come alive on 26 June at 7.30pm when 150 choristers and instrumentalists combine to perform in the Frank Ticheli Festival. Frank Ticheli is arguably the most renowned contemporary composer for band in America. He will conduct the combined band and choir in the festival finale featuring some of his favourite pieces for band and for choir. The individual choirs Los Gatos High School and London Sings will sing individually in the first half of the concert. The Los Gatos High School strings orchestra and band will also perform as well as the Southwark Concert Band. All the musicians will join the together to sing Land of Hope and Glory and Battle Hymn of the Republic in a stirring finale.

The concert is in aid of the British Heart Foundation and the full value of the £5 ticket goes to the foundation.
