On Thursday 26th June, The House of St Barnabas will launch a brand new event series called Dirty Rotten Socials, curated by the Soho charity in partnership with Pioneers Post, the online newspaper that sets the agenda for the new wave of responsible business leaders. The series will take on and tackle different subjects that help to drive social change across industry. Designed to ensure the audience get stuck in, get close to the experts and have their say, Dirty Rotten Socials will get your mind reeling and your hands dirty.

The first in the event series: Design like you give a damn, will be curated by global brand consultancy Wolff Olins. A panel of speakers including Chris McGinley (Helen Hamlyn Centre for Design), Steven Johnson (Collaborative Change) and Nathan Waterhouse (OpenIDEO) will discuss how design can be a force for social good and examine how it can be utilised to help solve some of the world’s problems.
The evening will be engaging, interactive and highly participatory. The audience will be invited to work with the experts and, using rapid-fire design and collaboration techniques, address questions surrounding design for good. Audience members will go away from the event with an idea of what we should give a damn about, and why.
