Ben Nicholls - vocals, concertina, double bass
Richard Warren - guitar
Evan Jenkins - drums
Ben Nicholls, Richard Warren and Evan Jenkins launch their new album, Kings of the South Seas. Inspired by the epic British whaling expeditions of the late 18th and early 19th centuries, around Cape Horn and out into the South Pacific and its many islands, the album was recorded at Cecil Sharp House.
Bringing this brutal world to life with a contemporary take on traditional songs and ballads, the gig will be accompanied by a film of found footage created by Bafta nominated documentary maker Adam Clitheroe.
