As part of the RBKC NOUR Festival, Westway Presents brings Ahmed Soultan to London for his debut live performance!

Voted as Best African/Middle Eastern Artist by MTV in 2013, Ahmed Soultan is a leading figure of Moroccan music, is a precursor of a new genre, which he coins Afrobian Soul (Afro-Arabian), often talked about as the first ‘Indie’ artist in Morocco, his first album Tolérance received a warm welcome and wide media coverage, so much so that Ahmed Soultan quickly became one of the leading figures of the Nayda, word used to describe the new Moroccan generation blending contemporary and traditional sounds (hip-hop, soul and traditional Moroccan music).

The night, held at The Flyover, will be accompanied with performances by The Hip Hop Shakespeare and a Q&A with Ahmed himself.
