Radiance Meditation Course: Body Centred Feminine Awakening

This course is for women only.

This meditation class will introduce women to practices that integrate breath, movement and awareness to gain clarity and stillness mentally, openness and joy in their hearts along with ease and fluidity in their bodies.

There will be movement meditations, silent sitting and time for sharing and discussion. There will be an emphasis on the unique challenges and potential of women’s lives and a focus on bringing spiritual practice into everyday living.
