Booka Shade (DJ set)

Following their sold out show at Brixton Electric, tech house gods Booka Shade return for their next London date at XOYO.

Responsible for 'Body Language', one of the most anthemic dance records of the noughties, Walter Merziger and Arno Kammermeier have also used their label Get Physical to provide a platform for like-minded artists, and in the process has become one of the strongest brands of international club music.

Being selected as DJ Mag's label of the year in 2005 only begins to scratch the surface of the duo's achievements; they contributed to the BBC Essential Mix series in 2005, released on seminal label R&S, and have remixed everyone from Depeche Mode to Moderat.
