Weight-Loss Coaching And Emotions:

Our emotions are an integral part of how we react to situations. Some of us overeat, others use alcohol or similar substances to deal with stress, anxiety, trauma and/or loss. During our workshop, we will take a deep look into our emotional status and complete frank exercises about where we are right now, what balance we have in our ‘levels of life’ and how we can achieve more satisfaction in the areas where the benefits are missing.

1. Learn differences between ‘a need’ and ‘a treat’ when it comes to eating;
2. Understand emotional links to overeating;
3. Create suitable ‘plan of action’ and ‘chunk’ the goal for easier completion;
4. List resources, where to find help, looking at ecology principle;
5. Learn how to deal with ‘slip ups’ effectively and without giving up on a plan of action;
6. Gather resources, such as gym, exercise videos, healthy eating plan according to your needs, lifestyle & family dynamics.
