Mothers Afternoon Tea

This Mother’s Day, Billingsgate Seafood School is hosting a special course to help all those planning an event or wedding or simply just wanting to treat their mothers to a special day out. Billingsgate is offering an exclusive class for mothers and their daughters (or sons) to learn about preparing food and cooking for large events.

This special day is hosted by the Principle of Billingsgate Seafood School CJ Jackson, who will show you both how to prepare and cook a whole salmon centre piece to really impress guests and show off your gourmet culinary skills. The class will also demonstrate a selection of canapé dishes and give tips and ideas for catering for larger numbers, including catering quantities.

You will start the afternoon with a glass of bubbly and then top it off with a cream tea featuring delicious homemade salmon and chive scones and a selection of cakes.

So be it catering on mass, or a post/pre wedding day family lunch, this is the ideal class for anyone planning a wedding or party.
