Heal Your Life® workshops are based on a simple philosophy originated by Louise L. Hay - that what we believe to be true about ourselves becomes true for us. By changing the way we think we can make positive changes in our lives.

These workshops are designed to provide a safe space for you to heal your life by understanding and making sense of any problems or key events you are experiencing either now, or in the past and how they've helped shape the person you are, and the life you lead.

The workshops are designed to help you break through old layers of conditioning, identifying 'self limiting' beliefs and any 'baggage' that accompanies them. You are then taught a number of tools to release the past and form new positive habits that will help take you where you want to go and have the life you want.

The workshop features a series of practical and written exercises to help you identify your specific issues and takes place in a safe space where you can release the past whilst re-defining what you want for your future. Exercises include mediation, visualisation, group and 1-1 work.
